Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity, adapt to change, and maintain mental well-being despite life’s hardships. For many Muslims, their faith in Islam plays a vital role in cultivating resilience and promoting mental health. This article explores how Islam’s teachings and practices can contribute to building resilience and enhancing mental well-being.
